Write a letter to the editor of news paper telling about social services done by your school.

Dear Sir,

Sub.: Social Service of my school.

I’m a proud student of XYZ School. 

 I’m studying in class X and we are being inculcated our social responsibility without even our knowing.

Every Saturday we have Swach Day i.e., we clean our class. Every nook and corner of the classroom is cleaned by us. Some of us are given the responsibility of cleaning the corridor and the principal office and staff room.

Apart from the above, our school take us to an orphanage every year and each class is given the name of a particular item to be donated. We get the pleasure of seeing the smile on the people’s eyes and lips. Not only this, our teachers contribute certain amount of their salary and at the end of the year that money is used for the benefit of the others. A trust has been formed only for this purpose.

In my opinion, every good thing can be taught to the students by teachers and the school setting an example. Please publish this letter so that, other schools also could follow.
